FEATURES

Aluminium Door Frames could be considered irreplaceable in the construction of buildings today.

Absolutely maintenance free. Cannot chip, rust, wrap or rot.
Standard sizes as per chart are readily available.
Accommodates all standard door sizes of different materials and finishes.

MATERIAL

Frames are manufactured from 6063-T5 extruded aluminium with textile strength of approximately 22,000 lbs per square inch.

PERFORMANCE

Frames carry a standard width of 5” (127mm). They are available in Regular duty and Heavy Duty. Regular Duty Frames have a depth of 1 ½” (38mm), where as the Heavy Duty Frames have a depth of 2” (50mm). Standard frames carry 2 hinges per hinge side and 1 adjuster/stricker set per lockbox, which allows for easy fitting and adjustment of locks. Addition adjuster/stricker set and Butt Hinges are available on special order.

FINISH

Frames come in natural mill finish aluminium.

HARDWARE

Frames are complete with 2 Nos., 4” x 3” (102mm x 89mm) Butt hinges per hinge side and fitted with bolts and nuts. Single door frames are complete with adjustable striker plate for easy installation. Frames are delivered complete with assembly screws.
