Title: Draughting Technician
Job Profile:
The draughting technician will work with the sales representatives to provide quotations and complete tenders for our customers and architects; visit sites & take measurements; complete job sheets for production & installation; complete autocad drawings; and provide technical expertise and support as required.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Issuing of Quotations and Tenders
- Reading and understanding of design drawings, manufacturer’s literature and installation diagrams
- The ability to deal with customers and clients in person and on the phone
- Site Visits, as required
- Sales
- Any other duties, as assigned
Skills & Specifications:
- Computer literate
- Ability to operate under pressure, achieve goals and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal direction.
- Build excellent working relationship to attain goals.
- Work collaboratively as a team member.
- Be self-motivated, confident & energetic.
- Communicate excellently both orally and written

Qualifications:
- Must be proficient with computers - MS Word, MS Excel, AutoCAD and Acrobat Suite
- Experience in Sales and a Driver’s License would be an asset
